Warranty claim

Warranty claim range:
This warranty items apply to diesel engines and generators, which were delivered to users by SHYAN in 1993 or afterwards.

Engine warranty

This warranty applies for any failure of the engine or motor due to defects in materials or manufacturing processes under normal services and maintenance conditions.
The warranty period will last for 1 years or 1000 operating hours from the date of the completion of the engine or motor production, and the last expired time is counted. For example, if running above 1000 hours in the first year, the warranty is still valid until the end of the first year.
